  This T-mobile location is by far the best one around. It's upbeat and the customer service is great! The reps are knowledgeable about their plans. The store has changed drastically (In a good way). Keep up the GREAT work! Shout to Danny and EZ the new store managers, and to all the reps. Alexis, Christian great job on helping me and my cousin transfer everything over from the old Samsung to the new Samsung S7. And thank you Adrian for saving us money with the new 2 line promo. I will be referring all my friends and family to this store.

  I went to buy a new phone from this location. When purchasing this phone I was told that if I got accessories during the phone purchase they would be discounted, so I got a screen protector and a otterbox case. After purchasing these items they installed them for me. The screen protector they put on for me had bubbles in it and I was told after 24hrs they would go away and the screen would harden. A few days passed and none of these things the employee said about the screen happened, so I took back the screen and got my money back. After leaving the store with my receipt I did a little research and checked the price of the otterbox phone case they charged me for a "discounted" price on the tmobile website and they charged me full price for the case. I then called tmobile to see if there was in fact discounted bundles and the phone rep said that there was not and that I should go return the items I bought from them. I am writing this review because I want others to be aware that this location is not about their customers but is really about their sales. Always do your research and don't be afraid to call tmobile if something doesn't feel right to you.
