  I had some specific requests for the design of my wallbed, and Garrett did a great job of offering suggestions on the design and seeing that it was executed perfectly -- and they sent out a crack team of installers to see that it was installed just right. I couldn't be happier with the customer service, the production and the install!

  WOW. Well crafted, high quality product, at great value. Stellar service, from design to installation. Believe me, I KNOW. After a nightmarish, unprofessional experience with a national company, I ended up where I should have started... NW Closets. Now I have a gorgeous, walk-in master bedroom closet with better quality, more features, superb design, at a lesser cost. The installation was fast, professional, and very clean.
