  This place has seen better days. It seems so run down and swap meet like. The main tenant is the Ranch 99 Supermarket. The rest of the building has a few restaurants, bubble tea stands and some stores selling knick knacks from China. All you have to do is go to the restroom of a shopping center to see how much they maintain them. It is a pretty good indicator of how much they care about your experience. Here the restrooms are so dirty with water leaking everywhere and the strong smell of.urine.
